Located in the peaceful, rural area of Žerave, Villa Almond offers calm nights and a perfect vacation. You will nevertheless be enticed by the surroundings and will want to explore it since the Villa is positioned ideally close to the most important main roads and only a few kilometers away from the regional center and tourist attraction - the ancient city of Zadar, and the charming, historic small town of Nin, the first center of the Kingdom of Croatia.

The Villa can accommodate up to 8 persons. The accommodation units – 2 row apartments, each with 2 bedrooms and the belonging bathrooms, one en suite and one separate – are located on the ground floor.

The fully equipped and furnished kitchens and dining rooms lead onto a paved pool area that includes a large swimming pool with heated water, a sunbathing section, deck chairs and a partly covered terrace with spacious tables and an outdoor BBQ grill.

For those who prefer an active vacation and want to explore the region, there are four national parks in the vicinity of the Villa - Krka Waterfalls, Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica and Kornati.
